About Us!

Louise Thompson has several years experience working within the property industry including time spent as a commercial and residential property Solicitor in Wolverhampton and Telford, as well as prior experience as a Lettings Negotiator within another local agency. Having grown up in Market Drayton, Louise moved to Newport in 2007 when she bought her first house, and very much classes herself as a Shropshire girl through and through!

Now she is a Mum to her three young children, “free” time is at a premium but when she gets the chance, Louise enjoys playing netball, following football (Sheffield Wednesday to be specific!), walking her dogs and eating out!

Sarah initially joined Barker Healey Property in early 2025 on a part-time basis, marking a new chapter in her professional journey after relocating from East Yorkshire. With an impressive management career spanning over 20 years in the fitness industry, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and an exceptional eye for detail. These qualities make her a tremendous asset, benefitting both our current and future clients.

It did not take long for Sarah’s remarkable passion for her work to shine through. Her dedication and enthusiasm for the property industry (she has bought and sold numerous times herself!) coupled with her methodical approach and understanding of customer needs makes her an ideal fit for the role.

Claire lives in Newport with her partner, son, two step-children and Cooper, the Collie. She has a qualification in Business and Finance and a wealth of administrative experience, having worked for a Local Government Authority for 16 years. She is friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Claire thrives in our busy office environment, forging relationships with landlords and tenants to facilitate happy, successful tenancies. 

Outside of work, Claire is part of a ladies’ cricket team during the summer months, participating in a regional softball league. In the colder months she can often be found crafting!
